At one time or another, most of us hit a plateau in life and it feels pretty darn flat (the global pandemic / mass lockdown this year hasn’t exactly helped either, amarite?)
We launch careers, embark on relationships and start families. But once these things are underway, that next level - whether it’s an emotional, financial or personal desire - can feel out of reach.
We gradually develop a stop/start approach to goals (hello occasional-30m-jog-as-long-as-it’s-not-raining), procrastinate with our ambitions (I’m looking at you, much-delayed-rewriting-of-CV/working on your own biz) and start to exhibit all the familiar plateau symptoms:
Boredom / melancholy / lack of energy
Snappiness with loved ones and overreaction to day-to-day frustrations
Nagging self-doubt or confusion about what you actually want
Numbing yourself with unhealthy habits (causing frustrations with our bodies)
Feeling trapped by our circumstances and devoid of opportunities
The irony is that often, we know exactly what we ‘should’ be doing, we’re just not doing it.
We sabotage ourselves and the plateau ends up becoming our forever home (rather than a shi$%y B&B we just happened to stay in for a couple of nights).
Then we feel guilty for not feeling more grateful about what we have and greedy for wanting more.

Here’s how it works (starting Weds, 16th September):
1. Daily exercises straight to your messenger
Each morning I send you a short, powerful exercise or task, designed to transform you on a conscious and unconscious level. The audio or video goes direct to your Facebook Messenger, so there’s no logging in, no scrolling around, no passwords to remember. Your daily exercise is designed to:
- Break old, unhelpful thought patterns (some you may already be aware of, others you won’t) so you can form new, more productive habits.
- Rewrite false beliefs you have about what you deserve, what you are capable of and what you get to have.
- Help you process your emotions better so that the daily ups and downs of life don’t throw you off your game and you stay, positive, energised and confident!!
2. Action & accountability group
You’ll become part of a private Facebook group - alongside other Happy, Healthy, Wealthy warriors - where you’ll share the 3 x personal goals you WILL achieve by the end of the 21-day programme.
This makes you accountable (on a daily basis) for completing your Messenger task, implementing new habits and staying on track with your goals. Whether it’s...
exercising consistently / avoiding sugar; making time for self-care or personal development; pushing yourself for a promotion / new job; being more proactive and launching a side-hustle or personal project; enforcing better personal boundaries / having difficult conversations; maintaining constant positivity and energy; or any other goal you set yourself…
...There’s NO hiding, cheating yourself or self-sabotaging.
AND being part of a like-minded group, sharing the same experience – rather than all by yourself – doesn’t just make you accountable, it massively energises you.

I’ve used these exact same exercises to blast off from my own plateaus in the past:
- I used to live on coffee and reward myself with sugar (anyone else relate?!).
